Align West Homes was founded by David Pfuetzner, a Red Seal carpenter whose career began the way all great builders do: starting at the bottom and working his way up through every step of the construction process. David spent years on the tools, building a reputation in the Okanagan for quality, professionalism, and genuine care for the homes he built and the clients he served.
Jordan Hansum brings that same foundation. Also a Red Seal carpenter with years of hands-on experience, Jordan had built his own successful home building company before recognizing in David a partner who shared his values and his vision. The two had known each other long before joining forces, with David having built Jordan’s first home back in 2009. That relationship, built on trust and mutual respect, made the decision to partner a natural one. In 2021 Jordan joined Align West Homes, and together they have been building something they are both proud of ever since.

The Vigneto was designed specifically for lot 60 in The Orchard in the Mission, intended to be our third show home in the community. A three storey home spanning 3,398 square feet with a fully finished 587 square foot legal suite, The Vigneto blends modern features with old world charm in a way that clearly resonated with buyers. It sold quickly upon release, and the interest spoke for itself.
